These conduct rules apply to all participants within the La Origini The COB HUT Summer Workshop.

GENERAL RULES

1. Strict adherence to the workshop schedule (activities, meals, rest hours, etc.).
2. Participants are not allowed to leave the activity venue, campsite, or workshop area without the consent of the organizers.
3. Participants must follow the precise instructions given by the organizers during activities at the summer workshop.
4. If the organizers’ instructions are unclear or not well understood, the participant must seek further clarification.
5. The use of all protective equipment during activities is mandatory (protective helmets, gloves, safety goggles, etc.).
6. In case weather conditions do not allow activities to proceed according to the original schedule, the organizer reserves the right to modify activities in such a way that the safety of participants is not compromised.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEAL SERVICE RULES

1. Participants will be accommodated in standard personal tents in the camping area of the workshop.
2. Maintaining cleanliness within the camping area and its surroundings.
3. Correct and civilized use of sanitary facilities.
4. Prohibition of damaging or destroying property belonging to the Organizer (furniture, equipment, appliances, etc.).
5. In case a participant loses or partially or completely damages items provided by the organizers, partners, or belonging to others (such as, but not limited to: equipment, working materials, furniture, colleagues’ personal belongings, etc.), the cost of replacement will be fully borne by the individual concerned.
6. Participants will receive 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and will have access to still water throughout the day.
7. The workshop organizers do not take responsibility for any illnesses of participants proven to arise from consuming foods not included in the daily workshop menu.

PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITY RULES

1. Introduction of outsiders into the accommodation spaces of the group is prohibited.
2. Organizers do not take responsibility for the loss, damage, or disappearance of personal belongings (including money) unless they have been insured and supervised by the participant.

PERSONAL SAFETY RULES

1. Participants will not possess or use objects that may endanger their health or that of others, such as fireworks, explosives, chemical, toxic, or irritating substances, blunt or sharp objects, knives, pellet guns, lasers, etc.
2. Participants will not use tools as weapons or threaten other participants “jokingly” with them.
3. Participants will not appropriate items that do not belong to them. If such items are found, they will immediately notify workshop staff.
4. Participants will not bring medications to the camp unless they are following a prescribed treatment.
5. Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
6. Use of matches or other fire-starting sources is prohibited.
7. Participants will maintain a respectful attitude towards all individuals in the camp and will not disturb other participants with their behavior.
8. Physical or verbal violence is not tolerated.

SANCTIONS

Failure to comply with the measures specified in this Camp Regulation by a participant will result in the following sanctions:

• Warning/reprimand of those responsible for violating these rules and/or other legal provisions.
• In case of serious infractions, such as: consumption of prohibited substances, absenteeism or refusal to participate in daily activities without valid reasons, theft, outbreaks of violence or racism, failure to comply with the conduct rules specified in this contract – the camp director is entitled to expel the individual concerned from the camp. In this case, camp costs will not be refunded, and the participant will leave before the end of the workshop.

The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure the smooth running of the camp under optimal conditions and complete safety, as well as to create a cheerful atmosphere and maximum comfort for all participants.

Other behavioral rules for participants will be presented at the official opening of the workshop, and the complete regulations will be posted visibly within the workshop premises.
